Position: Sales/Purchasing Operations Coordinator Company: Trio Supply Chain Solutions Location: Winston-Salem, NC Type: Full-Time Trio Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Purchasing Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in streamlining our sales and purchasing processes, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory management, along with supporting our sales team in achieving its objectives. Your key responsibilities will include processing sales and purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers to track order statuses, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing reports on sales and purchasing metrics. You will also be expected to assist in resolving any issues related to orders, delivery, or invoicing, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Successful candidates will have strong organizational skills, an aptitude for problem-solving, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Experience in sales or purchasing operations, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry. Strong proficiency in office software, particularly Excel and inventory management systems. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to workflow challenges.
