This individual will be responsible for revenue entries, Financial Statement preparation and other month end tasks, Revenue Account Reconciliations, and analysis related to improving the Financial Operations of the facilities included in the division, including Annual Forecast, Audit and Cost Reporting. Responsibilities: • Preparation of month end revenue analysis • Preparation and analysis of revenue reconciliations • Preparation of various monthly AR valuations. • Provide support with the annual audit process. • Assist in preparation and analysis of Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports. • Assist in the quarterly budgeting process. • Profitability analysis. • Productivity analysis. What you will need: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. • Minimum of 2 years in healthcare finance setting is preferred. • Strong proficiency with Excel. Must be able to understand advanced functions. • Strong accounting, organizational, and communication skills • Must be accustomed to working with large data sets. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects/workflow. • Ability to develop and assist in implementing process improvements.
