You're the go-to expert for answering any system-related questions and offering top-notch customer experience. As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless integration of advanced technology and business solutions for our esteemed clientele. Your primary objective will be to ensure an impeccable setup, configuration, and training experience. You will cultivate collaborations directly with clients, providing expert guidance throughout the implementation process. You will serve as the authoritative resource for all system-related inquiries, consistently delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Oversee all aspects of system delivery, from discovery and design to configuration, testing, training, and adoption. Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and configure systems, ensuring adherence to the scope of work. Analyze business processes and requirements to develop corresponding process and data flows. Offer innovative solutions and best practices for complex business challenges. Lead testing and troubleshooting efforts to guarantee seamless operation. Educate clients on system administration and usage to drive successful adoption. Share client feedback with product and professional services teams to inform product and process enhancements. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring Possesses excellent presentation, training, client-management, relationship-building, requirements gathering, and negotiation skills. Demonstrates a strong aptitude for translating business challenges into effective systems and operational solutions. Exhibits proficient time management skills, enabling the handling of multiple assignments and appropriate prioritization. Possesses robust leadership and prioritization capabilities; adept at building consensus and driving decision-making; proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve objectives. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. About Your Location This remote position involves up to 50% travel. About Our (O&PS) Division Professional Services for the Owner & Public Sector (O&PS) division at Trimble is dedicated to helping clients seamlessly integrate cutting-edge technology and business solutions. We guide organizations, particularly within the owner and public sectors, through the entire implementation process, from initial discovery and design to configuration, testing, training, and ongoing adoption, ensuring a flawless and efficient transition to new systems. Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law. Hiring Range $75,400.00–$100,000.00 Pay Rate Type Salary Bonus Eligible? Yes Commission Eligible?
