You will utilize your expertise in project management to ensure successful project delivery while demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Leadership: • Lead and oversee multiple complex projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget. • Provide guidance and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. Risk Management: • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges to minimize impact on project outcomes. • Develop contingency plans and alternative strategies to ensure project success in dynamic environments. Resource Management: • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize project performance and achieve desired results. • Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as necessary to maintain project efficiency. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance against established goals and benchmarks. • Generate regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans. Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and best practices implementation within the project management framework. • Lead or participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience. • 6 – 8 years of experience in project management roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. • Experience in industries such as construction, technology, healthcare, or finance is advantageous. • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana. • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
