About the Role The Cisco Experience Center (CXC) is Cisco’s flagship executive briefing center, located at our San Jose headquarters. The CXC hosts Cisco’s most strategic customers and provides a venue for senior leaders to engage in high-value, outcome-driven conversations. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless planning and execution of executive briefings, which play a pivotal role in customer relationships and sales strategy. We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, highly visible environment and can deliver exceptional experiences for Cisco’s top clients. Key Responsibilities • Lead and complete large-scale, client-driven projects within the Cisco Experience Center (CXC) at our San Jose headquarters. • Communicate with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders to determine their needs and requirements. • Develop, plan, and execute Executive Briefings for Cisco’s largest and most strategic customers, engaging directly with sales leaders, executives, and other key stakeholders. • Own the process of planning each executive briefing, including negotiating with sales teams in agenda building. • Ensure the timely collection of relevant information related to each briefing to prepare Cisco executives. • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to each executive briefing. Minimum Requirements (“Must Have” Qualifications) • Minimum 3 years of experience in program or project management, specifically within an Executive Briefing Center (EBC) or similar customer engagement environment. • Demonstrated experience engaging with sales leaders, executive-level customers, and stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute executive briefings or high-profile customer events. • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering client-facing events or programs on time and within budget. • Must be able to work on site at our San Jose location most days. Desired Skills / Qualifications / System Experience (“Nice to Have” Qualifications) • Prior experience facilitating or moderating workshops or strategic business engagements. • Experience with Briefing Source or similar briefing center management platforms. • Background in enterprise technology, particularly in networking, collaboration, or cloud solutions. • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization, preferably in the technology sector.
