As the architect of campaigns, content, partnerships, and the marketing roadmap, you'll collaborate with the C-suite, set ambitious goals, and achieve them. What You Will Be Doing • Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, affiliate/community) with clear KPIs and lead acquisition targets. • Developing and curating impactful content (blogs, emails, guides, social media) to guide parents from awareness to enrollment. • Establishing and expanding affiliate and parent-ambassador programs to consistently generate qualified leads. • Managing the quarterly marketing calendar, objectives, and KPI framework, while reporting on outcomes and enhancements. • Evaluating channel effectiveness, experimenting with messaging/offers, and optimizing ROI each cycle. What You Won’t Be Doing • Adopting outdated strategies or waiting for lengthy approval processes. • Pursuing superficial metrics instead of focusing on qualified lead growth. • Operating within a large team with excessive handoffs. You'll be responsible for both strategy and execution. • Creating generic content that doesn't specifically address homeschool parents and their concerns. Head Of Growth Marketing Key Responsibilities Ensure consistent growth in qualified leads by establishing a reputable brand and a repeatable, KPI-focused marketing engine across all campaigns, content, and partnerships. Basic Requirements • 4+ years of experience in managing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns with proven outcomes. • Skilled in persuasive writing aimed at niche consumer groups, preferably homeschooling or parent-centered audiences. • Experience in shaping brand identity from the ground up, not just executing within an existing one. • Proficiency with CRM, CMS, analytics, and AI content tools; adept at defining and achieving KPIs. • Proven ability to work closely with executives and make informed decisions with limited information. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or equivalent experience.
