As Director of Parent Engagement & Advocacy, you'll be the face of your campus, driving enrollment, building trust, and cultivating advocacy. You'll host compelling info sessions, forge community partnerships, and convert interest into waitlist momentum. More importantly, you'll guide families throughout their Alpha journey, transforming parents into outspoken champions of our model. This is an on-site role at one of our select campuses, with clear accountability and real impact. Hiring For These Campuses • AZ: Scottsdale • CA: San Francisco, Santa Barbara • FL: Palm Beach • NY: New York City • TX: Austin • VA: Chantilly What You Will Be Doing • Own the complete parent journey—from first inquiry through long-term engagement—as the primary relationship leader for your campus • Deliver compelling information sessions and strategic 1:1 conversations that transform interested prospects into committed Alpha advocates • Serve as the essential parent liaison—resolving concerns promptly, deepening satisfaction metrics, and ensuring every family receives personalized support • Establish campus visibility through consistent on-site presence, strategic community partnerships, and targeted outreach initiatives • Develop and activate parent champions to drive referrals, amplify community influence, and strengthen the Alpha movement What You Won’t Be Doing • Implementing generic sales tactics or conducting superficial outreach campaigns • Outsourcing critical relationship-building to other staff or operating from the periphery • Allowing parent committees to compromise Alpha's proven educational model • Managing from behind a desk—this role demands active engagement in the parent experience and community presence Director Of Parent Engagement & Advocacy Key Responsibilities Drive campus enrollment and retention by orchestrating high-trust parent relationships from initial contact through long-term advocacy, directly impacting the growth and sustainability of Alpha's educational revolution. Basic Requirements • Current residence within commuting distance of one of these campuses: Scottsdale, AZ; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Palm Beach, FL; New York City, NY; Austin, TX; or Chantilly, VA • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Minimum 5 years of experience working with families in education, outreach, or enrollment management • Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities • Verified track record of building trust and guiding sophisticated decision-making processes • Unwavering commitment to Alpha's accelerated, high-expectation learning model About Alpha Want to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom? The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
