What You Will Be Doing • Taking complete ownership of a critical national launch domain: regulatory approvals, onboarding & systems implementation, or financial operations • Spearheading cross-functional execution with full decision-making authority and responsibility • Developing comprehensive playbooks from scratch and validating them under real-world conditions • Working directly alongside founders, department heads, and campus personnel to create launch-ready infrastructure • Leveraging AI technologies and automation solutions to optimize operations and expedite implementation What You Won’t Be Doing • Serving in an advisory capacity—this role demands hands-on leadership • Navigating bureaucratic channels—you'll have direct access to key decision-makers • Overseeing a single market or workflow—you'll coordinate multiple simultaneous initiatives across diverse locations • Waiting for direction—you'll be the one establishing it • Passing difficult decisions upward—the tough calls will be yours to make Director Of Operations And Technology Key Responsibilities Take complete ownership and successfully deliver one fundamental operational pillar of 2HL's nationwide school launch program—efficiently, effectively, and at scale. While we'll match you with the pillar that best fits your expertise, you'll have full autonomy over your domain. Basic Requirements We're expanding across multiple operational verticals. All positions require rapid execution, precise communication, methodical thinking, and relentless drive. Your Qualifications Should Include • Minimum 3 years' experience at a premier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional operations in complex, high-pressure environments • Exceptional expertise in at least one area: regulatory compliance navigation, onboarding system development, or large-scale financial operations • Methodical approach with strong execution focus—capable of independently transforming strategies into actionable results • Authorization to work in the U.S. and availability to travel approximately 1 week monthly • Proficiency with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and accelerate deliverables About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
