Basic Requirements • Austin, TX-based position (relocation required if not local) • Proven 7+ year track record in transforming stakeholders into advocates (backgrounds may include Customer Advocacy Leadership, Communications Executive, Development Director, Enterprise Sales Leadership, or Change Management) • Outstanding executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence sophisticated audiences • Extensive experience in high-impact communications and presentations • Proven success in building and scaling advocacy communities • Demonstrated ability to maintain organizational integrity while managing relationships with influential stakeholders • Strong conviction in innovative educational methodologies About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
