What You Will Be Doing • Commanding one of six essential operational pillars: Authorization, Build-Out, Setup, Finance, or PMO • Innovating solutions to unprecedented challenges through AI, automation, and rapid prototyping • Crafting detailed specifications, dashboards, and runbooks that are scalable across numerous schools • Engaging with real-world limitations: collaborating with campus vendors, regulators, systems, and staff • Visiting campuses as necessary to implement and refine your strategic solutions What You Won’t Be Doing • Relying on others to develop your operational tools—you’ll take the lead in prototyping and automation • Settling for basic AI-generated SOPs—you'll create dynamic solutions that genuinely work • Confined to a central office—be prepared to travel and deliver on-site results • Delegating strategy execution to others—you’ll handle both strategy and execution from start to finish Consulting Manager Key Responsibilities Drive operational excellence within your designated pillar, building systems that facilitate rapid school expansion with precision and AI-driven efficiency. Basic Requirements • Reside in North America with the ability to travel 10–40% as required • 5+ years of experience in a dynamic, autonomous operational role • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI tools for research, writing, problem-solving, and automation • Exemplary analytical and written communication skills • Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and low ego • Experience in areas such as permitting, construction, edtech systems, financial planning & analysis, or vendor management • Proficient with tools like Klair, Syft, Wrike, Retool, or other low-code platforms • Proven ability to quickly master new domains (legal, finance, compliance, systems, etc.) About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
