We deliver installation, workflow integration, and clinical training services to hospitals and clinics. Our client projects currently include supporting customer adoption of Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions. Role Overview As a Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant, you will: - Install and configure diagnostic cardiology devices and related software solutions. - Deliver high-quality onsite training for physicians, nurses, and staff. - Support go-live, workflow integration, and adoption of new clinical systems. This is a part-time, variable-hours position averaging ~20 hours/week. Some weeks may have no scheduled hours; other weeks may require 40+ hours depending on project demand. Overtime is paid for 40+ hour weeks. Travel expectations: - Typically 2 trips per month, with training sessions 1.5–2 days each. - Travel duration is usually 3–4 days per trip, rarely longer. - During install weeks, travel can reach 60–80%, but across a quarter it averages ~50%. - Candidates may accept or decline projects that don’t align with their schedule. - We are seeking two people: one covering the Western U.S., another covering the Northeast/Midwest U.S. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with Trilogy project leads and, when appropriate, client representatives to support successful implementations • Install and configure cardiology devices and related software in clinical environments • Deliver effective onsite and remote clinical training to healthcare professionals • Analyze customer workflows and guide change management during adoption • Support system testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities • Document training and project issues according to Trilogy processes, which may include formats requested by clients • Represent Trilogy with professionalism in all client interactions Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field • 3+ years of clinical experience (cardiology or exercise physiology strongly preferred) • Clinical teaching/in-servicing experience with strong communication and presentation skills • Technical aptitude; comfortable with informatics concepts and medical device software • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds (for equipment) and use general installation tools • Based near a major airport; valid driver’s license and ability to rent a car • Comfortable with overnight and clustered travel weeks (3–4 days typical) • Experience with Philips Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions or comparable systems strongly preferred Compensation & Employment Details • Employer: Trilogy Consulting • Employment type: Part-time W2 employee of Trilogy Consulting • Pay: $35–45/hour, based on experience • Schedule: Variable hours, averaging ~20/week (0–40+ depending on project demand) • Overtime: Paid for 40+ hour weeks • Travel: Reimbursed per Trilogy policy; regionally focused (West or NE/Midwest U.S.) • Benefits: Flexible scheduling; career-enhancing experience with advanced healthcare technology in real-world hospital settings Why Join Trilogy? • Schedule flexibility and control over which projects to accept • Hands-on consulting, training, and workflow adoption in clinical settings • Exposure to advanced diagnostic cardiology solutions without committing to a full-time corporate role How to Apply • Submit a resume and short cover letter highlighting your clinical background and training expertise.
