What You Will Be Doing • Command daily campus operations with full ownership—from facility management to staff onboarding and maintaining optimal learning environments. • Serve as the definitive technical authority: diagnose and resolve technology issues, manage device deployments, and establish yourself as the campus technology leader. • Design and execute flawless campus events that reflect our professional standards and educational mission. • Cultivate trust through precise, timely communication and exceptional service delivery to all stakeholders. • Implement and enforce comprehensive safety protocols that protect our campus community. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
