We believe in maximizing development time, not meeting time Back End Developer Key Responsibilities • Spearhead the development of AI-enhanced features that transform service provider workflows and deliver groundbreaking tools for maximum efficiency Basic Requirements • Proven track record of 4+ years crafting production-grade server-side web applications in a commercial environment • Hands-on experience with modern GenAI tools like Github Copilot, Cursor, or v0.dev (Note: Traditional ML experience without LLM expertise isn't what we're looking for) • Enthusiasm for incorporating GenAI tools into your daily development workflow About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
