What You Will Be Doing • Architect and optimize AI-powered educational workflows by seamlessly integrating diverse AI tools, crafting sophisticated prompts, and continuously refining systems based on expert and user feedback • Develop comprehensive knowledge repositories and "Second Brain" frameworks by leveraging LLMs as subject matter experts to capture, organize, and make accessible domain-specific knowledge and organizational insights • Create robust data structures that provide essential contextual intelligence to support complex business logic, ensuring our AI systems deliver relevant, accurate, and scalable educational experiences Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities • Drive LearnWith.AI's competitive advantage by pioneering AI systems that generate exceptionally engaging, personalized, and effective educational content that stands out in the EdTech marketplace • Translate educational needs into technical solutions that harness AI's capabilities to solve real learning challenges • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure AI-generated content maintains educational integrity while maximizing engagement Basic Requirements • Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in building robust, production-grade applications • Substantial professional experience integrating Large Language Models into commercial software products in sophisticated ways (Note: Basic chatbot implementation or simple coding assistant experience alone is insufficient) • Genuine passion for and demonstrated interest in educational technology, with an understanding of how technology can enhance learning outcomes • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex educational needs into technical AI solutions • Experience with prompt engineering and optimizing AI workflows for specific domain applications About LearnWith.AI LearnWith.AI is an edtech startup that leverages AI and subject matter experts to cultivate a new way of learning. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
