What You Will Be Doing • Engaging with parents through email, phone, and text to provide timely, accurate support in Unbound’s style • Reaching out to new prospects within a day, arranging experience days, and securing event commitments • Ensuring impeccable maintenance of student and family records across HubSpot, the SIS, and other platforms • Creating and improving templates and automated workflows for efficient, brand-consistent communication • Compiling attendance and compliance reports by collaborating with teachers and utilizing the latest digital tools What You Won’t Be Doing • Handling redundant manual paperwork that automation can manage • Operating from a conventional front office with fixed on-site hours • Pursuing signatures or approvals that delay parent services • Being restricted to monotonous tasks without chances for strategic development Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities Boost enrollment and maintain operational compliance by delivering outstanding parent engagement and flawless student data management. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
