What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Vice President of Marketing to join our team! The VP of Marketing will lead Trillium’s marketing and communications function and is responsible for defining the organization’s brand strategy, advancing its market visibility, and aligning communications across all programs and plans. This role will guide a team of marketing and communications professionals in developing cohesive, multi-channel campaigns that elevate awareness, support business objectives, and foster deeper engagement across stakeholders, providers, and community partners. On a typical day, you might: * Develop and execute a unified marketing and communications strategy that supports Trillium’s mission, brand identity, and strategic priorities. * Translate strategy into actionable, full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable outcomes. * Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, communications, and executive leadership to ensure alignment across all initiatives. * Oversee external communications, media relations, and public affairs efforts to strengthen brand visibility and reputation. * Oversee the evolution of digital channels, content development, and analytics systems to ensure consistent, data-informed performance. Must include three (3) years of supervisory experience. * Must have a valid driver’s license. * Must reside within North Carolina. * Must be able to travel within catchment as required. Preferred: * Minimum of five (5) years in healthcare. * Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) years leading marketing programs.
