The TULA Remote Support Team Regional Specialist provides direct support to recipients enrolled in the TULA project. This program provides ongoing inbound call management and outbound call support to members using the TULA system. The TULA Remote Support Team Regional Specialist is responsible for working with the recipients care team to provide the support needed based on the individual care plan. This individual will work with members, families and providers using TULA services to meet the identified needs of recipients who are using technology for support in their home and/or community.   On a typical day, you might:   * Receive referrals related to the TULA program, collect information for TULA planning assessment with members and care team to identify software programming needs.  * Demonstrate knowledge of TULA software, hardware, programming and technology as an option for support.  * Collaborating with the Manager and Director on systems and processes needed to assist with successful TULA user experience. * Scheduling and coordinating individual support.  * Document all interactions in the member record to ensure all information is up to date. * Managing inbound and outbound calls to members and recipients.   Employee Benefits:   Trillium knows that work/life balance is essential.
