The Regional DJJ Engagement Coordinator bridges the systems that support care management and community resources in many different types of settings for members. This position supports Trillium’s engagement in local JCPC boards, along with Community Liaisons, and works cross-functionally with all departments within Trillium. This position will serve as the attending Trillium representative in DJJ Care Review matters and serve as a point of contact for Trillium-related care review matters. This position requires a person who has experience in collaborating with various community-based agencies, such as juvenile justice stakeholders and early childhood provider agencies/stakeholders. Our vision for the Regional DJJ Engagement Coordinator is to ensure the best care for members by leveraging resources available in the coverage area.    On a typical day, you might:   * Support transformation and onboarding efforts for providers in a network that is supporting justice systems involving children, youth, and families’ systems of care.  * Provide support to external stakeholders pertaining to healthcare outcomes and access to provider agencies to fulfill the care needs of youth involved with the Division of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) programs.  * Work with the Division of Juvenile Justice to secure independent interdisciplinary evaluations/diagnostic assessments for children and youth involved in juvenile justice.  * Work across departments to develop and maintain effective community-based network of providers as resources and strong connections with children and youth services, and other various stakeholders. * Support external and internal stakeholders in ensuring members have access to care by working in collaboration with the Network department to develop providers that specifically serve this population.    Employee Benefits:   Trillium knows that work/life balance is essential.
