The Project Analyst - IT will work directly with internal business and Clinical Operations Partners to build relationships and apply technology to solve business problems. They will assist in coordinating project communication and planning and executing complex IT projects.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent with three years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with one year of experience, along with specific certifications. A valid driver's license and residency in North Carolina are also required.

This is a technical position that works directly with internal business and Clinical Operations Partners to build extensive relationships, understand how technology can be applied to solve business problems or enhance business outcomes, then plan and execute complex information technology projects. The Project Analyst – IT assists in the coordination and project communication between internal Business Partners, IT Product Owners, and external vendor partners (when applicable). On a typical day, you might: * Define the project charter, integrated project plan, scope plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts (including tracking project schedule, milestones and timeline). * Work with the business partners to assess efficiencies and effectiveness of enterprise responsibilities, not just IT, to ensure business requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. * Expand own skills and knowledge of Medicaid Integrated Care and Prepaid Health Plan operations through participation in meetings, trainings, and self-directed education, structured research, and other available resources to serve as an input into Executive team and team member’s knowledge and decision supports. * Control, monitor, and measure results in sufficient detail to support outcome evaluations, resource performance, and investment ROI. * Identify and recommend information, technology, or process solutions which have enterprise-wide application. * Provide feedback to IT organization from business partners on how to improve IT services and operations. Preferred: * Bachelor’s degree with a major in Information Technology, Engineering, Software Development, Business, Management, Finance, Math, or similar technical disciplines. * Minimum of four (4) years of experience in product or project management, business analyst, IT, business, or operations experience. * Certification in Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PMI-ACP or ITIL or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) CCBA or CBAP with advanced degrees.
