The IT -Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to project management best practices. This includes coordinating and managing the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will provide oversight throughout the project lifecycle and assist in resolving project problems to meet business objectives across the organization.     On a typical day, you might:   * Support all organization members through project management development, implementation, and evaluation activities.  * Create complex reports, white papers, and complete cost benefit analyses (including detailed analysis of existing processes/systems and detailed analysis of replacement processes/systems). * Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. * Contribute to system standards and processes, including Project Management, Project Analysis, and Change Management Systems.  * Identify and recommend information, technology, or process solutions that have enterprise-wide application.    Employee Benefits:   Trillium knows that work/life balance is essential.
