Position Overview Tridenza is seeking a Work-From-Home Business Development Consultant & Trainer to join our expanding Florida market team. This is a commission-only, performance-driven position designed for self-starters who excel in consultative conversations and executive engagement. You will leverage the credibility of the Sandler® brand and Tridenza’s market presence to open new business relationships, conduct discovery meetings, and deliver impactful training and consulting solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on autonomy, accountability, and performance-based success. Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual business development meetings with owners, executives, and decision-makers to identify organizational challenges and growth opportunities. • Lead consultative discussions using the Sandler methodology to uncover problems, budgets, and decision processes. • Present and enroll clients into Tridenza’s sales and leadership development programs. • Facilitate virtual training sessions and workshops with professionalism, confidence, and alignment to Sandler standards. • Manage your own sales funnel and pipeline, maintaining consistency through CRM and disciplined follow-up. • Participate in Sandler certification programs to enhance your credibility and long-term career path. Qualifications • Proven success in commission-based B2B business development, consulting, or professional services. • Experience selling or presenting to executives, owners, or senior leadership teams. • Familiarity with Sandler® methodology or another consultative sales system preferred. • Strong presentation, listening, and questioning skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset: disciplined, self-motivated, and coachable. • Must have reliable home office setup, strong communication tools, and comfort with remote selling and delivery.
