Full Description

Role: Supply Chain Management with WMS Consultant Location: John’s Creek, GA (Close to Atlanta) - Onsite 3 days a week. Top 3 Skills: 1. Minimum 10 years experience with 1+ years of experience in Manhattan Active WMS 2. Excellent communication skills to handle customer 3. 2+ Years of support experience. Roles/Responsibilities: • Strong Domain Knowledge in Supply Chain Management and good Exposure on WMS configuration • Min 10+ years of experience in Manhattan Warehouse Management system / applications • Minimum 1+ years experience in MA Active WMS • for configuring new warehouse setups, including detailed UI configuration for inbound and outbound flows • extensions • customizations, integration points • reporting • Experience with Postman Minimum 2 years experience in support project including experience on below aspects: • Service management functions including incident, problem, change management using tools like ServiceNow and Jira • Trend analysis, Root Cause analysis, identifying permanent fix and automation opportunities and implementation • Leading triage of critical/P1 issues, critical thinking to suggest short term and long term solutions • Strong collaboration, team building, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly & utilizing the same in a productive manner About Trident: Trident Consulting is an award-winning IT/engineering staffing company founded in 2005 and headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
