Title: Manufacturing Operator Work Location: Bellevue, WA Job type : Contract W2 Pay rate: $20 -$25/hr. on W2 Category: Supply Chain Labor Type: Industrial Job Responsibilities • Operate and maintain production equipment: scales, bottle fillers, pumps, sealers, and related tools. • Assemble, fill, clean, inspect, label, and package products to meet quality specifications. • Follow written and verbal instructions carefully to meet production goals. • Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors and take corrective action when possible. • Perform basic data entry and print reports using computer systems. • Maintain clean and organized workspace according to GMP and safety standards. • Work under general supervision, showing initiative and reliability. Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required. • 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience. • Ability to read, understand, and follow written operating procedures in English. • Strong basic math and counting accuracy. • Willingness to learn new production processes quickly. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Computer literacy for data entry and reporting. • Ability to work full shifts and stand for extended periods. Physical & Environmental Requirements • Frequent standing, reaching, bending, twisting. • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. • Exposure to chemicals/substances requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Standard physical exam required. • No exposure to blood, infectious agents, lasers, or forklifts.
