Trident Consulting is seeking a "Data Engineer- Asset Management" for one of our clients. A global leader in business and technology services Position: Data Engineer- Asset Management Location: Irvine, CA - 3 days onsite Mode: Contract - Only W2 End date- long term contract to hire Rate: 65 - 68/hr. on W2 Looking only Local to CA or near by state candidates Primary Skills: • PySpark, Hive, SQL, Python • Cloud Exposure : AWS • Exposure to Airflow, Version tools like GitHub/Bit Bucket, Any MPP Data warehouse exposure like SQLDW, Redshift • Strong knowledge of Data warehousing concepts • Exposure to Databricks • Strong communication and client engagement skills • Experience with offshore coordination and collaboration Secondary skills • Building an Enterprise Data Modelling in the finance domain, Asset Management preferred (Knowledge of finance across the asset classes like FI, Equity, etc.) • DevOps experience preferred • AWS DQ About Trident: Trident Consulting is an award-winning IT/engineering staffing company founded in 2005 and headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
