Job Overview: As a Cosmetology Instructor, you will be responsible for imparting your knowledge and expertise in various cosmetology techniques to students. Your role is crucial in guiding students as they develop their skills and prepare for successful careers in the cosmetology industry. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and effective instruction in a variety of cosmetology techniques, including hair styling, skincare, and makeup application. • Conduct practical sessions to ensure students gain hands-on experience. • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. • Create a supportive and inspiring learning environment that encourages student engagement. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. • Participate in faculty training and meetings to support continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment compliant with industry regulations. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
