Want to make $70-$100k (base + commission) selling tropical plants? Triad Plants is looking for an experienced, motivated, plant-loving professional to fill the final position on our Sales/Account Management team. About Us Triad Plants (www.triadplants.com) is a tropical plant nursery and brokerage that has been providing premium-quality tropicals and houseplants nationwide for over 25 years. We’re proud to ship some of the best plants in the country, and our customers love us for it. Over the last two years, we’ve made significant investments in operations and customer ordering, transforming Triad into a fully optimized, tech-centric fulfillment operation. This integration of plants and technology has driven rapid growth, and we’re excited to bring on a hybrid Account Manager/Sales Representative to help continue our momentum. In This Role You Will • Use your passion for plants and mastery of our internal processes to provide outstanding service to our clients and prospects. • Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers to understand their needs and help them grow their businesses. • Conduct a high volume of daily outreach (40+ calls/day) to maintain and grow our client base. • Showcase the value of Triad Plants’ offerings to new and existing customers. What We Are Looking For • Plant Enthusiasm: A genuine love for plants and functional knowledge of houseplants/tropicals are essential. Industry experience is preferred, but passion can make up for lack of experience. • Account Management Expertise: Proven ability to build rapport with clients and ask insightful questions to better serve their needs. • Sales Experience: You’ve successfully cold-called prospects and closed deals. If you lack sales experience, convince us why you’re still the perfect fit. • Results-Driven Mindset: Ability to meet or exceed daily contact and sales targets.
