Triad Service Co Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher Location: Tulsa, OK Be the Voice Customers Trust. Triad Service Co is a well-established HVAC company serving Tulsa and the surrounding area for over 26 years. About the role: As our CSR/Dispatcher, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and the operational "air traffic controller" for our technicians. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills keep the day running smoothly--and keep customers happy. Key responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls and deliver excellent customer service • Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently throughout the day • Manage emergency calls and adjust schedules as priorities shift • Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and management • Coordinate with vendors to order maintenance supplies/parts (filters, belts, etc.) • Track parts orders and ensure techs have what they need daily • Maintain accurate customer/job records in the system • Follow Triad's service standards and communication scripts Qualifications: • Strong communication and listening skills with a professional phone presence • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly • Dispatching/CSR/HVAC or field service scheduling experience is a plus (we'll train the right person) • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a team-first mindset Pay and benefits: • $22-$25 per hour (based on experience) • Full-time, stable position • Training and ongoing support from an experienced team • Growth opportunities within the company • Friendly, family-oriented culture • Paid holidays and PTO (after eligibility period) Why Triad At Triad Service Co, the CSR/Dispatcher is the heartbeat of the business--the first voice customers hear and the glue that holds the schedule together.
