Manage all phases of IT projects including research, planning, requirements documentation, analysis, design, testing, deployment, and support.
Master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering, 8+ years in product/project management, 5+ years implementing chatbot and voice-to-text applications, experience with project planning tools and stakeholder management.
Title: Project/Product Manager Client: Judicial Council of California Duration: 12 Months Location: San Francisco, CA Note: Remote role Specific Skills/Qualifications Required: • Master s degree in computer science, engineering, Information Technology or related field. • Minimum of 8 years experience as a product and/or project manager. • Minimum of 5 years experience with the implementation of chatbot and voice to text applications. • Minimum of 8 years experience in working in all phases of an IT project including, product research, planning, documenting requirements, functional analysis, designing, testing, deployment and support. • Experience in developing and maintaining project plans including schedules, timelines, roadmaps, dashboards, program approaches, monitoring performance and various resource and fiscal allocations. Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired: • Ability to understand complex systems, integrations, and technical constraints. • Comfort working with architects, engineering, QA, and design teams. • Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow for tracking • Excellent stakeholder management skills (executives, vendors, technical teams, and end users). • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on decision-making under pressure. • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business terms.
