What You'll Do: - You will design and develop communication system architectures and algorithms. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components. - You will analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. - You will conduct simulations and testing to validate system designs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to communication systems. - You will document system specifications, test results, and development processes. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform product development. - You will contribute to patent filings and technical publications. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - You have 3+ years of experience in communication systems engineering or a similar role. - You possess strong knowledge of wireless communication protocols and signal processing. - You are proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, or similar simulation tools. - You have experience with software development in C/C++ or Python. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with RF hardware design and testing. - Familiarity with FPGA programming and embedded systems. - Knowledge of advanced modulation and coding techniques. - Prior involvement in defense or commercial wireless communication projects.
