Lead Responsibilities • Oversee structural engineering analysis, design and plan production for transportation and stormwater/wastewater infrastructure projects • Conduct business development tasks, including identifying, selling and delivering meaningful work for your team • Leverage existing client relationships and build new ones to help solving their problems • Focus on growing and developing staff that will allow for personal and professional fulfillment • Support HR for the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, identify promotions and terminating of staff • Share technical knowledge through mentoring and training staff • Set expectations and lead team in quality control process • Work with other Market Leads when sharing resources • Collaborate with TREKK leadership to develop and meet organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects, operations and systems • Establish and implement a holistic annual plan that allows your Market to reach its IMPROVING LIVES goal. Meet or exceed Market annual KPI goals • Work with associated Service Leads to remove obstacles for your team so that we can reach our TREKK IMPROVING LIVES goal Education, Licensing, Certification and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Professional Engineer certification required • At least 10 years of experience in structural design Required Skills/Abilities • Knowledge of structural design software (such as LEAP Bridge), MicroStation and/or AutoCAD • Working knowledge of design standards, including AASHTO, MUTCD and APWA • Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and procedures • Proven leadership skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite To learn more about our comprehensive benefits and opportunities with TREKK, please visit: Careers at TREKK — TREKK Design Group, LLC
