Key Responsibilities Dashboard & Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced, user-centric dashboards and analytical tools in Google Looker. Your focus will be on creating simplified, highly usable solutions that distill complex information for business stakeholders. SaaS Metrics Reporting and Architecture: Architect and build the foundational data structures, reporting, and dynamic analysis capabilities for our core SaaS metrics. Your work will empower the business with self-service tools to track and analyze Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), customer retention, and renewal rates. Deep-Dive Analysis: Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to solve complex business problems. Data Modeling & Architecture: Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Technology and Operations (ET&O) team to query, shape, and model data within our cloud data warehouse (Google BigQuery, Snowflake). Ensure data structures are optimized for analytics and reporting performance. AI Data Development: Partner with our ET&O team to prepare, clean, and structure datasets for use in AI and machine learning models. Your analytical insights will directly contribute to our AI initiatives. Predictive Churn Modeling: Partner with the Customer Engagement Strategy and Engineering team as well as ET&O to develop AI-driven predictive churn modeling to guide strategic customer engagement. Customer 360 Dashboards: Partner with Sales Operations to enhance existing customer 360 and whitespace dashboards that align all GTM functions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key analytical partner to Customer Engagement, Sales Operations, Finance and ET&O teams. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data-driven narratives. Data Governance & Quality: Champion data integrity and accuracy. Establish and enforce best practices for data validation, testing, and documentation. Required Qualifications Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role. SQL Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in SQL, with proven experience writing complex queries, window functions, and performance tuning against large, complex datasets. Business Intelligence: Demonstrated mastery of a major BI platform (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), with the ability to build sophisticated and user-friendly dashboards from the ground up. Cloud Data Warehousing: Hands-on experience working with cloud-native data warehouses such as Google BigQuery or Snowflake. Scripting Proficiency: Proficiency in a scripting language like Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis and automation. Retention Analytics: Proven experience building analytics and dashboards specifically focused on customer retention and renewal rates. AI Exposure: Experience preparing and exploring datasets for AI or machine learning applications. Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and SaaS metrics, with a proven ability to connect data analysis to real-world business impact. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with Google Looker. Broader familiarity with cloud data ecosystems such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (e.g., Dataproc, Vertex AI) and Snowflake. Experience with data modeling in LookML. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics.
