Job Description: The Outside Sales Executive will be tasked with the following activities: • Responsible for acquiring new contract revenue within an assigned territory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. • Conduct prospecting activities (phone calls, video conferencing, cold calls in the field, emails, physical mail) to set appointments for building surveys and proposals. • Follow all established sales process steps, adhering to deadlines including building surveys, money calls, proposal delivery, and sales/operations walk-throughs. Requirements: • 1-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience. • Ability to develop excellent relationships with prospects. • Must have a drive to succeed and a passion for sales. Location: This is a hybrid-based work environment. Candidates will report to a Framingham, MA area office on Mondays and Fridays and spend the remainder of the week in the field on client visits and cold-calls. Territory: North Central: Waltham, Burlington, Lexington, Reading, Tewksbury Base Salary: $60,000 Total Comp: $100,000 - $110,000, uncapped
