The team will be running the full sales process, leveraging their network and delivering sales presentations to secure new business and expand existing client accounts. • The Inside Sales Team Lead will build scalable sales systems to optimize outbound prospecting and automation to drive repeatable success. • The Inside Sales Team Lead will set and enforce sales team performance using pipeline data, scorecards and CRM to maximize productivity.. • Requirements:4+ years of experience in digital advertising/media sales and at least 1-2 years in a management capacity with preferred candidates having direct experience display and programmatic ads. • Intelligent and experience working with high value agency partners. • Media fluency and a passion for storytelling and brand partnerships. • Proven Track record of leading quota carrying sales representatives Location: This is a remote role, where candidates can be located anywhere in the US.
