This role will take ownership of driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion to ensure our clients maximize the value of our platform. Own the entire customer journey, encompassing onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Develop and maintain customer success strategies, best practices, and customer support content. Communicate effectively both internally and externally to understand customer needs, foster retention and growth, and share valuable insights and learnings. Maintain existing customer success metrics and data to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement. Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and platform teams. Identify ideal marketing channels for optimal customer engagement. Assist with lead generation activities such as developing promotional materials, content creation for email marketing, website blogs, social media and execute marketing plans and communications to engage prospects and clients in Treefera. Assist with outbound prospecting activities and lead follow-ups, including lead generation tactics to identify and qualify potential customers. Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant customer information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. Key requirements - what you will bring to the table 3-5 years of experience in communications, sales, account management, or customer success. Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management. Proficiency in CRM systems, HubSpot (ideal), and other management tools. Analytical and process-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment. Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities. Desire for continuous improvement and self-learning. Working knowledge of customer success tools and methodologies. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to hold C-level customer conversations. Business development knowledge and experience in business growth.
