Job Title: Workday Recruiting Sr. Consultant Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end Workday Recruiting implementations • Gather and document recruiting requirements from public sector clients • Configure Workday Recruiting modules including requisitions, candidate management, interviews, offers, and onboarding • Support testing, validation, and deployment activities • Provide guidance on integrations and data conversion from legacy ATS systems • Develop recruiting dashboards, reports, and analytics • Mentor junior consultants and support project delivery • Manage timelines, deliverables, and client communication Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years of Workday consulting experience with a focus on Recruiting • At least 1 year of public sector (government or education) project experience • Active Workday Recruiting certification (required) • Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows, approvals, and compliance
