Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on Architect / Technical Lead who can drive the technical vision and execution of a complex enterprise platform. This role is centered on delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions, with a strong emphasis on frontend architecture while maintaining solid backend and integration capabilities. You will act as the bridge between business goals and engineering execution—translating requirements into robust technical solutions and guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. What You’ll Own • Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture of the platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities • Drive frontend strategy and experience, building responsive, high-performance UI solutions • Establish engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices across teams • Lead technical decision-making for APIs, integrations, and system workflows • Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and production-ready from day one • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and resolve them early • Partner with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery predictability How You’ll Make an Impact • Improve system performance, maintainability, and scalability across the platform • Enable faster delivery through better architecture and reusable components • Elevate engineering quality through mentorship and technical leadership • Simplify complex systems and improve developer and user experience • Strengthen collaboration between business, product, and engineering teams What You Bring • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong exposure to architecture or technical leadership • Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade applications • Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and integration patterns • Ability to influence decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience working in complex, multi-team environments Technical Expertise Frontend (Primary Focus): • Angular (or similar modern frameworks) • TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS • Experience with scalable frontend architecture and state management Backend (Supporting Strength): • .NET / C# (preferred) • RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns Security & Identity: • Azure AD, SSO, RBAC • Authentication & authorization best practices
