Join us as an HR Management & Program Analyst, where you will be a key player in shaping our workforce strategy and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary HR liaison, driving human resource actions and initiatives. • Conduct thorough analyses of management processes and systems, focusing on human resources and strategic planning. • Prepare insightful reports on workforce trends including hiring, classification, compensation, employee relations, and awards. • Deliver HR training sessions to managers, supervisors, and employees, empowering them with essential knowledge. • Serve as Project Manager for impactful analytical studies and projects aligned with the Internal Revenue Service's substantive programs. • Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to assess complex organizational issues, aiming for operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Develop comprehensive program plans, setting long-term goals, objectives, and milestones. • Compile, analyze, and report on data related to workforce and organizational issues. • Identify necessary data for program evaluations and assess trends through statistical data analyses. • Create statistically valid survey questionnaires and apply data analysis techniques. • Interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies to provide guidance to managers and employees on HR matters.
