They will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing operational activities, and facilitating communication and alignment across the IT Operations and Infrastructure lane and with other key stakeholders throughout the Village. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong leadership to ensure the department's objectives are met effectively and efficiently. Strategic Planning & Execution Partner with the VP to develop and operationalize the IT Operations and Infrastructure strategy, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress. Lead and manage a portfolio of critical, cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Drive the annual strategic planning process for the department, overseeing execution and ensuring accountability. Identify, analyze, and elevate strategic issues and opportunities that could impact departmental or enterprise objectives. Leadership & Operational Oversight Act as a key liaison for the VP, bridging ideas and fostering collaboration across teams within IT and other business units. Provide managerial oversight to departmental initiatives, ensuring that action items are followed through and that progress is regularly reported to leadership. Develop and manage agendas for leadership team meetings, off-sites, and other key forums to drive productive discussions and outcomes. Oversee the departmental budget in partnership with finance, ensuring effective allocation and use of resources. Communications & Stakeholder Management Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for senior leadership, board meetings, and other key stakeholders. Synthesize complex data and analysis into clear, actionable recommendations and communications. Develop and maintain a communications plan for the VP, including internal announcements and recurring presentation platforms. Serve as a proxy for the VP in meetings and discussions as needed, representing the department's vision and priorities. Special Projects Lead and execute ad-hoc strategic projects and initiatives as directed by the VP to address urgent business needs or explore new opportunities. Conduct analysis and present findings on various topics to support executive decision-making. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $186,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
