Job Description: • Design and lead development of the native Rust backend. • Integrate and manage real-time messaging infrastructure. • Oversee the Solana-based OleX token development. • Build backend framework for AI-powered features. • Ensure security, scalability, and performance across systems. Requirements: • 7-10+ years as a CTO in early-stage startups. • Strong background in Rust and is an active coder. • Ability to motivate and develop junior engineers. • Experienced in leading remote teams across multiple time zones. • Willing to work for deferred compensation until funding closes. • Ideally has access to capital or investor connections.
