About Travi Travi is an AI-powered travel companion that helps travelers effortlessly discover the best attractions to check out based on their interests, and experience them through rich, immersive audio narratives. Go to TryTravi.com to check out the App. About this role This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing startup during the early product launch phase and get challenging, rewarding experience at the intersection of AI and travel. You’ll own meaningful projects, see your ideas come to life quickly, and help shape the voice of a brand built to disrupt the travel space. Please note that this will be a part time job that is 100% remote. What you’ll do You’ll start by driving organic growth through key channels and audiences that you'll help identify, and then expand into paid and influencer experimentation as we scale. Phase 1: Organic growth (first 6–10 weeks) • Build and run Travi’s social engine across TikTok and Instagram • Create a high‑cadence content calendar: snackable city stories, “did‑you‑know” hooks, creator‑style POVs, and behind‑the‑scenes clips • Leverage GenAI to brainstorm hooks, write scripts, generate captions, and even content when appropriate • Track key success metrics (views, profile clicks, app installs, etc.), and report back on what worked and what didn't Phase 2: Expand into paid + influencer experiments • Pilot lightweight paid tests on TikTok and Instagram: define audience hypotheses, assemble creative variants, and monitor early success metrics • Build a small micro‑influencer pipeline: identify creators, draft outreach, and coordinate the execution of sponsored posts What you’ll gain experience in • Building a zero‑to‑one social program for a consumer app • Hands‑on GenAI workflows for ideation, scripting, and asset production. • Getting feedback on what works, iterating and generating real impact You might be a fit if you… • Are a creative self‑starter who is interested in taking ownership end‑to‑end (ideation → production → publish → analyze → iterate) • Have basic experience using GenAI for content brainstorming and creation (e.g., script drafts, voice/visual assets) • Live on short‑form video: you understand hooks, pacing, and what earns saves/shares • Have experience editing videos (e.g. Adobe Premier, Final Cut, or similar) • Passionate about travel and content creation • Bonus: have experience with influencer outreach Compensation & ownership This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup aiming to disrupt the travel space. In exchange for your work, you will receive ownership equity. Because this role is equity‑compensated, we’re looking for someone who can take real ownership and responsibility for their domain.
