TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Williamsburg, Virginia, 23185! Pay Information $2,211 per week About The Position Job Title: Home Health Hospice RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of home health and OASIS experience required. License: Valid Registered Nurse License required. Certifications: BLS Certification required. Must-Have: - Clean driving record and valid driver's license. - Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic. Description: Must have experience in home health and OASIS. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Local candidates are welcome to apply. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Candidates may be required to float based on the needs of the facility. All candidates must provide one supervisory reference for submission.
