The Marketing Coordinator I is a key member of the Digital Communications team at Track Digital Marketing Services (TrackDMS), responsible for overseeing the Conversion Optimization product for a portfolio of vacation rental clients. This role drives the design and implementation of custom opt-ins, tailored messaging, and strategic follow-up sequences that increase direct bookings and guide guests through the booking funnel. Bringing creativity, analytics, and technical skill, this position delivers persuasive content and high-performing campaigns within a fast-paced agency environment focused on measurable client results. Responsibilities Plan, write, edit, and manage engaging, persuasive content for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards, style guides, and the customer journey. Develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including custom opt-ins, email sequences, and website messaging, to increase direct bookings and conversions for vacation rental clients. Manage the full campaign lifecycle from concept to launch, including QA, platform integrations (e.g., OptinMonster, Campaign Monitor, Brevo, and Google Tag Manager), and testing to ensure proper functionality. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities to optimize messaging, creative assets, and targeting. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile reports to provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement. Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and best practices to enhance campaign strategy and execution. Maintain accurate records of campaign assets, approvals, and performance metrics. Support cross-functional projects and contribute to team initiatives as needed. Minimum Qualifications Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive content while adhering to brand and style guidelines. Graphic design and photo editing experience, with proficiency in tools such as Canva. Experience with marketing platforms (OptinMonster, Campaign Monitor, Brevo, Google Workspace, Kantata, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly. Experience with content management, campaign execution, and/or basic marketing analytics to optimize performance. Organized, with great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is a plus. A proactive, collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow within an agency setting. Compensation The typical starting salary range for this position is: $45-50k. The actual salary offer will consider multiple factors, including skills, experience, education, and location.
