Sr. Windows Systems AdministratorWe are seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to join our Environment Management Group. This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, monitoring, supporting, and engineering solutions across OS, middleware, applications, and databases in pre-production environments.The ideal candidate will bring strong automation skills (PowerShell a must), hands-on experience with Bitbucket, Artifactory, GitLab, and a proven background in managing enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities • Deploy, smoke test, and validate new code releases; perform backups and restore environments when rollbacks are required. • Manage access to test environments following the principle of least privilege. • Provide weekly project status updates and performance improvement recommendations. • Monitor tickets, document support provided, and deliver solutions and improvements. • Collaborate with and assist other Systems Administrators as needed. • Build, configure, and document new environments and their dependencies. • Maintain standard documentation for policies, procedures, and practices. • Support QA and Development teams with clear communication and customer-focused service. • Effectively manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic environment. Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience. • Expertise in Windows Server (2003 2022), SQL Clustering, PowerShell automation, IIS, Active Directory, DNS, VLANs, and Netscalers. • Prior expereince with Google Cloud Platform is required. • Knowledge of SQL queries, Oracle connections, and VMware. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information. • Collaborative, approachable, and able to build strong relationships across teams. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects. • Willingness to work off-hours and travel occasionally as required.
