Work Location: Within the US; Remote Engagement Model: Independent Contractor/Freelance Estimated Start Date: ASAP DataForce by TransPerfect is looking for owners of small or medium-sized businesses in the US to test new and experimental features in business productivity platforms. This role involves evaluating pre-release functionalities, providing structured feedback, and helping shape tools that enhance workplace/business workflows and productivity. Role Responsibilities • Participate in early-access programs for business productivity and collaboration platforms. • Test new features using your existing business account, including email, document creation, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools. • Document observations, report bugs, and provide actionable feedback on usability, performance, and functionality. • Ensure all testing adheres to company guidelines and confidentiality requirements. • Stay current with updates and changes in the platforms being tested. Role Requirements • Own and operate their own small or medium-sized business in the US. • Experience using email tools and business-related applications in a professional setting. • Willingness to use their own business email account for testing purposes. • Familiarity with AI-powered, smart, or advanced productivity features. • Comfort testing pre-release or experimental software features. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings. • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased features. Preferred Role Requirements • Prior experience in software quality assurance (QA), user experience (UX), or product testing.
