Develop and implement new initiatives to further develop business in the designated verticals in the dedicated region (20%). Manage and scale a high-performing client services and outreach team (10%). Lead project activities including collaborating with clients, and directing account managers, and production teams during the planning and execution phases of each project (10%). Represent company at client meetings and industry events, serving as primary liaison across industry (10%). Lead staff in developing and delivering executive-level presentations, including QBRs, workflow overviews, and regulatory briefings (10%). Oversee staff in conducting in-depth research on client industries, regulatory risks, and matter-specific workflows to craft tailored proposals and strategic pricing recommendations (5%). Design pricing models and phased project forecasts for complex, multi-service matters (5%). Requires: A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in linguistics, legal studies, humanities field such as history, or related field. • Two years of experience as Account Manager or similar occupation • All required experience must include account management in legal technology and support industry, including delivering discovery, compliance, and multilingual solutions that span translation, review, and legal tech; experience providing consultative guidance on investigations, regulatory matters, and complex litigation, with a focus on bridging legal workflows with bilingual and cross-border needs.
