We are humbled by the long-term relationships with our customers, earned through the packaging solutions we offer, including design, engineering, testing, manufacturing, and fulfillment of custom and stock packaging Your Role Business Development Manager - Healthcare What You’ll Be Doing • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the Medical Device and Life Science Sectors, specifically for capital equipment crating and packaging. • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and support. • Collaborate with internal operations, engineering, and global teams to deliver tailored solutions. • Develop and present proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales contracts. • Travel as needed to visit customer sites, attend meetings, and support projects. • Work collaboratively across global time zones to support international customers. What We’d Like to See from You Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience. • Experience working with customers in Medical or Life Science OEM’s in, Packaging, Contract Manufacturing (EMS), or Supply Chain is preferred. • Strong network of customers in Medical Device or Life Sciences in a plus. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage multiple accounts. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to coordinate with global teams. • Ability to support customers globally and must be near a major Airport. • Travel requirements up to 50% of the time • Remote role Interested but Concerned You’re Not Qualified?
