Position Overview TTI is seeking a Project Manager: Military & Government Demonstrations with approximately 5 years of experience to lead the execution of live technical demonstrations and pilot programs for government and military customers. This role is highly customer-facing, requiring strong coordination, technical acumen, and the ability to deliver complex computer-based systems in high-visibility settings. The Project Manager will be the central point of accountability for demonstration scheduling, preparation, and delivery—ensuring environments are fully configured, tested, and ready for presentation. In addition, the role supports demonstration readiness through Smartsheet and Excel dashboards and Salesforce reporting tools that track engagements, resources, and program performance, providing leadership with clear and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Demonstration & Pilot Coordination (Primary Focus) • Plan, configure, and execute live computer system demonstrations for government and military stakeholders. • Oversee demonstration environment setup, including hardware/software configuration, data preparation, and user access. • Conduct pre-demonstration technical checks to ensure system stability, performance, and security compliance. • Serve as the lead coordinator for all aspects of technical demonstration readiness—from logistics to customer engagement. • Provide hands-on technical support during demonstrations, troubleshooting system issues in real time. • Travel to government and military sites to deliver onsite demonstrations and support customer missions. Dashboards & Reporting (Support Function) • Build and maintain Smartsheet and Excel dashboards to track demonstration activity, pilot results, and program metrics. • Deliver timely reports to leadership, highlighting system readiness, resource allocation, and stakeholder feedback. Salesforce Data Management • Track and manage demonstration and pilot requests in Salesforce CRM. • Maintain data integrity and generate reports to capture engagement status across programs. Knowledge & Resource Management • Maintain a centralized knowledge base of demonstration scripts, technical documentation, and training materials. • Organize repositories for demonstration-related software, configuration notes, and client-facing resources. Cross-Team Collaboration • Partner with engineers, IT specialists, product managers, and field service teams to ensure demonstration success. • Build strong communication channels and relationships with government and military customers to support mission objectives. Qualifications • Approximately 5 years of project/program management experience. • Military deployment experience with proven adaptability, leadership, and teamwork. • Strong technical/computer background, including: • Experience running computer-based demonstrations (hardware/software setup, system configuration, application walkthroughs). • Proficiency in Smartsheet (dashboard/reporting design). • Advanced Microsoft Excel (reporting, automation, visualization). • Salesforce CRM (request intake and tracking). • Ability to coordinate and deliver live demonstrations of computer systems and applications for government or military stakeholders. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • PMP, CSM, or related certifications preferred. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% for customer engagements.
