Full Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute complex infrastructure initiatives spanning telecommunications, network/network security, server, cloud, and wireless. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on infrastructure experience and excellent project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects (on-prem, cloud, hybrid). • Coordinate across engineers, system admins, vendors, and business stakeholders. • Define project business requirements, scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables. • Monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. • Maintain documentation: project plans, RAID logs, reports, and post-mortems. • Identify and mitigate risks; manage issues as they arise. • Provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure deployments meet compliance, security, and performance requirements. • Collaborate with procurement and vendors for sourcing and delivery. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of IT project management experience with focus on infrastructure. • Strong understanding of infrastructure domains: networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud (AWS/Azure), and data centers. • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet). • Familiarity with ITIL best practices. Preferred Qualifications • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. • ITIL Foundation certification. • Extensive experience in network, server, and telecommunications projects. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
