What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - You will provide expert advice on skincare and cosmetic products, tailoring recommendations to individual customer needs. - You will handle order processing, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care. - You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience. - You will document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet performance goals. - You will stay updated on the latest skincare trends and product knowledge. - You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in skincare or cosmetics. - Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products and industry trends. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in skincare or beauty are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service role. - Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish or French. - Background in sales or upselling within the beauty industry. - Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer engagement.
