What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in skincare or cosmetics. - You possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other digital communication tools. - You have a genuine passion for skincare and cosmetics and enjoy sharing your knowledge. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Previous experience in sales or upselling within the cosmetics industry. - Certification or formal training in skincare or beauty therapy.
